Return Policy

Items sold by Computerparts.com may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, as Computerparts.com is not an authorized dealer. However, Computerparts.com provides a standard 30-day warranty on all items.

All Computerparts.com warranties are non-transferable without Computerparts.com’s prior written consent.

 

Non-Warranty Returns

Non-warranty returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the order date. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original condition, including any original packaging. Sealed products must be returned in the same condition.

 

Standard Warranty Return Policy (30 days)

This warranty applies to all goods sold by Computerparts.com that have not been tested or Powered Up.

Computerparts.com warrants that all sold goods shall be free from functional defects for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the order date (“Warranty Period”).

If, during the Warranty Period, a customer wishes to make a claim (“Warranty Claim”), the customer must provide notice using the following channels:

Upon receipt of a Warranty Claim, Computerparts.com will issue a Return Authorization Number (“RMA”). Computerparts.com will not accept any Warranty Claim without a valid RMA.

Freight and rush fees for goods returned under Warranty Claims remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of a valid Warranty Claim, Computerparts.com’s obligation shall be limited to replacing the item or offering a refund on the original item. Computerparts.com will issue a prepaid label for shipping charges.

Warranty Claims must be received before the end of the Warranty Period, along with the return of the product within the same period.
